IBIE 2010 Review

InfraReady exhibited at the International Baking Institute Exposition (IBIE) September 26-29, 2010 in Las Vegas NV. What a successful show! Thousands of bakery and industry professionals from all over the world were in attendance. Everyone who stopped at InfraReady's booth was interested in our process and new trends. AnthoGrain™ wheat, gluten-free, ancient grains and multigrain flour blends were high on everyone's list of the up-and-coming.

NPE East Review

InfraReady, along with Saskatchewan Trade & Export Partnership (STEP) exhibited at the Natural Products Expo East, All Things Organic show October 14 – 16, 2010 in Boston MA. This show was attended by buyers and sellers focused on organic, natural and unique products for the market. InfraReady made several new contacts at the show.

Bridge2Food Pulses & Health Conference Review

InfraReady President, Mark Pickard attended the Bridge2Food Pulses & Health Conference November 9 & 10, 2010 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This exciting conference brought together food & health professionals from North America and Europe to discuss pulses as a solution for health, sustainability and product functionality for the food industry and consumers. Speakers addressed consumer trends, new product development, pulse nutrition, health research, and applications of pulse ingredients which exploit marketability and functionality. InfraReady participated with a tabletop display providing information on the use of our pre-cooked pulse ingredients in a variety of applications, including baked products, pasta, snacks and infant foods.
